Beacon designs and manufactures both stationary Racks and Racks that are used for
transporting
hanging products to all workstations, including smokehouses/ovens. Put the raw product on, meat or poultry, and take the processed product off.
The products would include, but are not limited to. Bacon, Ham, Sausage, etc. Pallet or forklift trucks are incorporated to relocate some
racks. |

| RACKS, CAGES & TREES |

Racks can have multiple levels to maximize oven capacity, yet the
design also allows maximum airflow. Beacon's long life, patented,
Bacon Hangers are most often utilized for processing.

Trees are fabricated using T-304 stainless steel or a lower carbon
T-316 stainless if required. All Racks, Cages and Trees are welded
solid, mig or tig, to eliminate crevices for bacteria. |

Cages, used with a rail system, are designed to meet customers
exact specifications. Most often Beacon assists in determining these
specs. Cages are designed for both hanging product and/or
horizontal processing using Beacon Screens. Cooking can be either
Smokehouses/ovens or water cooking. Rail capacity determines the
design that maximizes capacity during the processing cycle. |

Cages are always manufactured of T-304 stainless steel or T-316L
stainless if they are exposed to brine in the processing system. All
