BEACON, Inc. designed and manufactured more different specialty Trucks than anyone we know of. Newly designed and/or modification of standard Trucks have been a major part of our business. We help identify the exact specifications of the Truck that best meets your needs, inclusive of the goal of maximizing product capacity of your smokehouse/ovens, and then manufacture it to those specifications.


PROCESSING TRUCKS

	FOUR UPRIGHT DESIGN The four-upright design is the most common and standard within the processing industry. The standard material used to fabricate any Truck is T-304 stainless steel. Based on the environment that the Truck will be exposed to, the option of lower carbon stainless Like T-316, is available. Trucks are welded solid to eliminate crevices where bacteria may form.

	NESTING TRUCK Stainless steel Nesting Trucks give you the processor a bonus space saving option. As you can see in the photos, the Nesting Trucks fit inside of each other when not in use. The Nesting Trucks are manufactured to your specifications and options.

	SPECIAL TRUCKS This is just a small sample of the dozens of specially designed Trucks that we have engineered and manufactured at Beacon. The Trucks pictured are a good representation of our design capabilities and manufacturing versatility. From heavy-duty 20001b capacity, to rib rack trucks, Beacon can design and build the right truck for the right Job.

	NOTCHED LEVELS For customers that will use our Trucks for smokesticks, we have designed a notched level that can be used with many different types of smokesticks.
	Also for those who will use our Trucks for both hanging product on smokesticks and horizontal processing, Beacon has developed a unique side rail design that is notched for the smokesticks and smooth for screens.

	CASTER OPTIONS The standard wheels are phenolic, 8" dia. For longer wear, glass embedded wheels can be incorporated. Stainless steel wheel rigs is an option. Six wheel trucks are available for those that request this European design. Wheel splashguards (fenders) for all wheels are an option.
