The Patented IT–100 Insta–Press Pressing Truck presses product up to 7″ in diameter to the exact same thickness on all levels. The Insta–Press Truck keeps uniform spring pressure on the product throughout the entire processing cycle. Continuous spring pressure during processing, assists in pressing out any air pockets, resulting in longer shelf life and higher yields.

Beacon has designed special units with screen sizes up to 48″ x 48″. We have also manufactured six level trucks for smaller ovens. Beacon has also engineered units fitted with wire molds to form products into special shapes.
